Archaeological findings document cultivation of a single-grain wheat in Iran around 6,000 years BC. Common wheat appeared on the territory of today’s Czech Republic around 5,000 years BC.

WHAT IS IT SUITABLE FOR

Semi-coarse wheat flour is a popular ingredient for making marble cake, gingerbread, sponge cake and other dishes. You can combine it with fine white wheat, spelt or other fine flour.
