WHAT IS IT SUITABLE FOR

Fine wholemeal wheat flour is a popular ingredient for making buns, croissants, kolaches, waffles, doughnuts, pancakes, crumpets, cakes, muffins, confectionery and other dishes. It is suitable for thickening soups and sauces and it can be combined with other types of wheat and non-wheat flour.
